Are you a real factory or a trading company?
We are a real factory in Qingdao, China, not a trading company or a middleman. Every product is made on our own production floor, from raw hair sourcing through to finished, branded product.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 50 units per SKU. This applies to both OEM and ODM orders.
Should I choose OEM or ODM?
Choose OEM if you have your own design and specifications and want full control. Choose ODM if you want to start faster from our existing hair and craft combinations and simply apply your branding.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sampling takes 7 to 10 days. Mass production begins once samples are approved and typically takes 30 to 45 days.
How do you keep quality consistent across repeat orders?
Every production batch is checked against your approved specifications before shipment. We do not consider an order complete until it matches the sample you signed off on, whether it is your first order or your fifteenth.
Do you provide packaging design support?
Yes. We produce custom hangtags, care cards, woven labels, branded packaging boxes, and private label bundle wraps to your specification.
Can you help with shipping and customs documentation?
Yes. We coordinate shipping and prepare the customs documentation you need for import into your market.
